The Tories and LibDems are going to break up the NHS and sell it as part of any trade or BREXIT negotiations with Donald Trump and others. We need the NHS to be free to UK Citizens as it is now, not turned into an overpriced medical insurance racket where you pay or you don't get treatment.
Imagine seeing a child hit by a car, and phoning for an Ambulance only to be asked for your medical insurance details so you can be billed £500+ for the ambulance, if you refuse no ambulance will come, the child could well die. Is this the kind of system we want, Never!
If you support the NHS please find and wear a poppy every day leading up to the 12th December 2019 elections to show you care for the NHS, you want to save it and you don't want it sold off. If we do nothing then the NHS will be gone and millions will suffer and die.

Those of us who have worked long days, nights, weekends and bank holidays in the NHS know how vital it is to all the people of this country. Sadly its suffered over a decades of cuts under the Tory and LibDem Tories leaving it barely able to do its job, the job of keeping sick people alive. Every time major operations and treatments are withdraw due to lack of funds, ward closures, staff shortages, equipment shortages, poor hygiene and anti-biotic resistant infections, over priced medications people die. I'm not talking about the odd one or two people dying but tens of thousands dying. If just a dozen of these people were killed by foreign terrorists, tens of millions of pounds if not billions would be pumped into fighting the cause of the deaths, but they aren't killed by foreign terrorists, they are being killed by our own Right Wing Tory, Liberal Democrat and DUP politicians in their daily attempts to cut government spending to give more money to the rich and reduce money spent on the NHS.
Why would they do this? The answer is simple, the balance sheet. In order to make more money available for Tax Cuts they have to take it from elsewhere, the NHS is an easy target. So every time the rich get a tax cut, more NHS users die its that simple. The other reason is that the Tories and LibDem Tories and the DUP have been working to break the NHS into parts that can be Tendered (sold off) Initially this started relatively small, but its grown enormously over the last few years until we reach the point where the NHS is so broken up it is no longer the cohesive whole it needs to run effectively.
If things couldn't get worse they have. David Cameron in fear of Nigel Farage stealing some of his MPs created BREXIT, and for the past two years since Theresa May said she had a BREXIT deal the Tories have been negotiating with the Americans to sell off our NHS over a number of years, and to introduce and insurance based system as they have in the USA. Its a medical insurance system which regularly bankrupts sick peoples families then leaves them with no treatment without payment and facing only death. Imagine seeing a child hit by a car, and phoning for an Ambulance only to be asked for your medical insurance details so you can be billed £500+ for the ambulance, if you refuse no ambulance will come. This is how it works in the USA if you don't have money and a well paid job and you are sick or injured then treatment will stop. Imagine having to sell your home to pay for your childs medicines if they develop a medical condition, imagine being too scared to stand up for your rights at work because you too scared your company based health insurance will stop, thats how it is in America. The reason the ER, House and all the medical dramas are so popular is they present a psychological medical safety net for the Americans, if anything happens it will be straight in and treated, but the reality is totally different.
So far the Conservative Party have told nothing but lies about the NHS and spending, Boris's lies over 40 new hospitals, lies about 50,000 new nurses its fabrication design to make you beleive they care, but they don't. So what about the LibDem's well they were in government with the Tories and Jo Swinson the Leader of the LibDem Tories refused to back a motion removing the NHS from any BREXIT or other trade negotiations in line with Tories, in fact she has voted with the Tories.
What about Labour, only the Labour Party is guaranteeing to give new funding to the NHS and to protect it from being sold to anybody. I will be voting for Labour as I think the NHS is the most important issue in the up coming election, a vote for the LibDem's is a vote for the Tories and the destruction of the NHS only Labour and the SNP have vowed to save it. They deserve your support as they've kept you safe since you, your family, yours friends and children were born.
So please wear a poppy, I'm wearing mine.
